About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical, proactive and execution-oriented professional to join the Founder’s Office at Medscred. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Founder/CEO on high-impact strategic initiatives across business growth, financial analysis, operations, partnerships, fundraising and special projects. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a quick-paced startup environment, taking ownership and driving initiatives from idea to execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Business Growth

· Support the Founder/CEO in evaluating strategic initiatives, growth opportunities and new business ideas.

· Conduct market, industry and competitor research to support business decision-making.

· Evaluate new products, markets and potential expansion opportunities.

2. Financial Analysis & Unit Economics

· Track revenue, margins, costs and other key business metrics.

· Analyze unit economics, profitability and business performance.

· Prepare business cases, financial models and decision-support analysis.

3. MIS & Business Performance

· Prepare periodic MIS, management dashboards and performance reports.

· Track key KPIs and identify business performance gaps.

· Generate actionable insights and recommendations for the Founder/CEO.

4. Product & Operations

· Work closely with Product, Technology and Operations teams on strategic initiatives.

· Identify customer, operational and process-related pain points.

· Support improvements in processes, execution and overall business efficiency.

5. Risk, Compliance & Regulatory

· Coordinate with Risk and Compliance teams on relevant strategic initiatives.

· Track key regulatory developments impacting the FinTech ecosystem.

· Support the execution of compliance-driven projects and business initiatives.

6. Partnerships & Business Development

· Support partnerships with banks, NBFCs, payment providers and other ecosystem partners.





· Evaluate partnership opportunities, commercials and strategic fit.

· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

7. Fundraising & Investor Support

· Support the preparation of investor presentations, financial models and business updates.

· Assist with fundraising processes and due-diligence requirements.

· Help organize relevant business data and information for investor discussions.

8. Founder-Led Special Projects

· Own and execute high-priority projects assigned by the Founder/CEO.

· Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to ensure timely execution.

· Identify problems, develop practical solutions and drive projects to closure.

Ideal Candidate Profile

· 1–4 years of relevant experience in a startup, FinTech, banking, NBFC, consulting or a similar fast-paced environment.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to decision-making.

· Excellent proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and strong presentation skills.

· Ability to understand financial metrics, unit economics and business performance.

· Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

· High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

· Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and handling confidential business information.

· Prior exposure to FinTech, banking, NBFC, consulting or startup environments will be preferred.
