About the role:

We are hiring a fresher to work directly with the founder, analyzing data, tracking numbers, and driving optimization across the business.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the founder on key priorities and decisions
- Analyze operational and financial data (costs, sales, wastage, consumption)
- Build and maintain Excel-based trackers and reports
- Identify and drive cost/process/menu optimization opportunities
- Own small projects end-to-end

Requirements:

- Fresh graduate, any discipline
- Strong with numbers and Excel/spreadsheets
- Analytical, curious, self-driven
- Good communication skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to Kochi
