Role Description:

A Forward Deployment Engineer embeds directly with clients to design, build, and deploy custom technical solutions that bridge the gap between our core software and the customer's operational environment.

- System Integration: Write clean code to connect our platform seamlessly with client legacy infrastructure.
- Technical Liaison: Translate complex business requirements from client stakeholders into structured engineering plans.
- Product Feedback: Route real-world user friction and feature requests directly back to internal R&D; teams.
- Rapid Prototyping: Build quick, high-velocity proof-of-concepts to demonstrate technical value early.
- Deployment Guarding:



Ensure all custom configurations strictly respect enterprise security and compliance rules.
- System Monitoring: Set up robust logging inside the client environment to proactively catch performance bugs.
- User Adoption: Drive platform engagement by running technical workshops and training client staff.

? Educational Qualifications

- Degrees: BE, BTech, or MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

- Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software deployment, integration, or technical production support.
- Domain Knowledge: Prior experience or strong familiarity with the Telecom or Fintech industry is highly preferred.
