Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities across civil, structural, finishing, rebar, and formwork works.

- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.

- Allocate tasks to work crews, monitor productivity, and ensure timely completion of activities.

- Coordinate with site engineers, QA/QC engineers, surveyors, safety officers, and subcontractors.

Qualification & Experience

- ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification preferred.

- Minimum 5 to 15 years of experience in building construction projects.

- Experience in residential towers, commercial buildings, infrastructure, industrial, data center, or high-rise projects preferred.

- Ability to read and interpret drawings, BBS, specifications, and construction documents.
