Food & Beverage Manager

Hotel Apollo Grand, Guwahati

Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Food & Beverage Manager to manage and grow the food and beverage operations at Hotel Apollo Grand, including the restaurant, café, bar, room service and banquet events.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets.
- Supervise restaurant, café, bar, banquet and service staff.
- Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, attendance and performance.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
- Handle banquet and event food service, including birthdays, corporate events, weddings and parties.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation and service standards.
- Control food and beverage costs, wastage and inventory.
- Maintain stock records and coordinate purchasing requirements.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and proper setup of all F&B; areas.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly.




- Train staff on service standards, menu knowledge and upselling.
- Help increase restaurant, bar, café and banquet sales through better service and promotions.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports for management.
- Coordinate closely with the Hotel MD and management team.

Requirements
- Experience in hotel, restaurant, café, bar or banquet operations preferred.
- Valuable leadership and staff management skills.
- Knowledge of food service, guest handling and basic inventory control.
- Ability to handle multiple outlets and events.
- Good communication skills.
- Responsible, disciplined and willing to take ownership of operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on and capable of managing both the team and day-to-day F&B; operations independently. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
