Position Overview

Tinos Software and Security Solutions LLP is seeking a Flutter Developer to join its software development team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, debugging, maintaining, and enhancing cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

The role requires a strong understanding of mobile application development, good programming and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a development team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Design and implement responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance application interfaces.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into mobile applications.
- Implement application features based on functional and technical requirements.
- Work with backend services, databases, and APIs to ensure seamless application functionality.
- Implement and manage appropriate state management solutions.
- Integrate Firebase and other required third-party services.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs and technical issues.
- Perform application testing and debugging across multiple devices and screen sizes.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and other team members.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards and development practices.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and usability.




- Maintain appropriate technical documentation for application development.
- Assist with application deployment, maintenance, updates, and enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Dart, mobile development technologies, and industry best practices.
- Perform other development-related duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Flutter and Dart.
- Good knowledge of application development concepts.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
- Knowledge of state management frameworks such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX, or equivalent.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Firebase.
- Understanding of local storage and database concepts.
- Knowledge of Git and version control systems.
- Understanding of responsive UI development.
- Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and application testing.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, and Storage.
- Knowledge of SQLite or other local database solutions.
- Experience with third-party API and SDK integration.
- Familiarity with Android and iOS development environments.
- Knowledge of application deployment and publishing processes.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to analyze technical requirements and implement appropriate solutions.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant technical projects, internships, certifications, or practical development experience may also be considered.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, in-person position based at Tinos Software and Security Solutions LLP, Athani, Kakkanad, Ernakulam.

The selected candidate will work closely with the development team and participate in application development, testing, debugging, maintenance, deployment, and other project-related activities.
