Floor Manager – Automobile

Location: Baloda Bazar, Chhattisgarh

Salary: Up to ₹20,000/month

Food & Accommodation: Provided by the company

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day floor operations.
- Coordinate with technicians, service staff and customers.
- Monitor vehicle servicing and ensure timely delivery.
- Check job cards and follow up on pending work.
- Ensure proper workflow and discipline on the workshop floor.
- Handle customer queries and service-related issues.
- Maintain basic records and daily reports.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years in the automobile/workshop field.
- Good knowledge of vehicle servicing and workshop operations.
- Valuable communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage technicians and daily floor activities.
- Candidates with truck/commercial vehicle experience will be preferred.
- Comfortable relocating to Baloda Bazar.
