We are looking for a responsible and organized Fleet & Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate day-to-day vehicle and logistics operations. The role will be responsible for coordinating drivers, vehicle allocation, fuel requirements, vehicle tracking, maintenance, documentation, and other operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient transportation operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong coordination and communication skills, valuable knowledge of vehicle and fleet operations, and the ability to maintain accurate records and handle multiple activities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage daily activities related to company vehicles and drivers.
- Assign and coordinate drivers and vehicles based on operational requirements.
- Monitor vehicle movement and tracking through GPS/vehicle tracking systems.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles, drivers, trips, fuel consumption, mileage, and related expenses.
- Coordinate fuel requirements, fuel availability, and fuel consumption records.
- Monitor vehicle servicing, repairs, maintenance, and breakdowns.
- Coordinate with drivers, service centers, vendors, and other stakeholders for vehicle-related activities.
- Maintain all vehicle-related documents, including registration, insurance, permits, fitness certificates, PUC, licenses, and other compliance documents.
- Ensure timely renewal of vehicle and driver-related documents.
- Track vehicle usage, mileage, fuel efficiency, and maintenance schedules.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet/logistics reports as required.
- Maintain proper records of vehicle trips, expenses, fuel, maintenance, and other operational activities.
- Handle driver attendance, availability, schedules,



and related coordination.
- Monitor and follow up on vehicle breakdowns, accidents, repairs, and emergency requirements.
- Ensure vehicles are available and operational as per business requirements.
- Coordinate logistics activities with internal teams and external vendors.
- Identify operational issues and take appropriate action to resolve them promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and safety requirements.
- Perform other fleet and logistics-related duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet operations.
- Ability to use GPS/vehicle tracking systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic computer applications.
- Ability to manage multiple vehicles, drivers, and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent operational situations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.

Experience & Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Transport Management, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, transportation, or a similar operational role preferred.
- Experience coordinating drivers, vehicles, fuel, maintenance, and vehicle documentation will be an advantage.
- Candidates with practical experience in fleet/transport operations may also be considered based on their skills and experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
