Process: First Party Collections

Take-Home Salary: Up to ₹45,000/month

Incentives: Unlimited Performance Incentives

Week Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday + Sundays

Login Shifts: 5:30 PM, 8:30 PM & 1:30 AM

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our First Party Collections process in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle first party collection calls and follow-ups
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding outstanding payments
- Achieve collection and performance targets
- Maintain accurate customer and payment records
- Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively
- Follow company policies and collection guidelines

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in collections,



telecalling, customer service or related processes preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Valuable negotiation and convincing abilities
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Candidates should be comfortable working in late-night shifts
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 take-home, depending on last drawn salary and years of experience

Unlimited incentives based on performance
