Role Description This is a full-time, in office Firmware Developer role based in Noida.

The Firmware

Developer will design, develop, and maintain embedded software for energy monitoring and control devices, ensuring reliable communication with industrial systems and cloud platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing and optimizing firmware on ARM-based microcontrollers, integrating hardware and software components, and collaborating with electrical and software engineering teams to refine system architecture. The role involves debugging and resolving firmware issues, performing code reviews,



writing documentation, and contributing to testing and validation of new features and product releases.

Qualifications

- Strong embedded software development skills, including experience with C/C++ and real-time firmware for microcontrollers.
- Hands-on expertise in ARM architecture, including low-level programming, peripherals configuration, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in debugging embedded systems, using tools such as debuggers, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic logs.
- Foundational knowledge of electrical engineering concepts related to power systems, sensors, and industrial communication interfaces.
- Solid understanding of software development practices, including version control (e.g., Git), unit testing, and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus, CAN, RS-485) and IoT/edge devices is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality code on schedule.
