What would you do?

- You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
- Financial planning reporting variance analysis budgeting and forecasting
- Financial planning and analysis (FP&A;) refers to the processes designed to help organizations accurately plan, forecast, and budget to support the company s major business decisions and future financial health.
- These processes include planning, budgeting, forecasting,



scenario modeling, and performance reporting. What are we looking for?
- Primary skill - Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;)
- Mcom, CA or CMA or MBA in Finance, CPA Roles and Responsibilities:
- Domain Expertise in Controllership Strategic Finance RTR FP&A;
- Experience in period end close
- Ability to manage annual planning budgeting and forecasting and generate business insights
- Good understanding of P&L; Balance Sheet and Cash Flow all three financial statements
- Good knowledge of accounting financial and operational principles
- Experience in developing financial reports and metrics
- Knowledge of IFRS Accounting Standards specifically IFRS 15 and IFRS 16
- Ability to manage a team of at least 15 to 20 members
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact internally and externally
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Superior attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a big picture perspective
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects across the organization
- Ability to manage business counterparts
- Transformation mindset to drive transformation projects
- Experience working in a third party service environment
- Willingness to work in versatile and night shifts
- Transition experience
