About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Finance skilled to join our Plant Finance team. The role will be responsible for driving product costing, budgeting, financial controlling, performance analysis, inventory management, and business partnering activities for manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities :

✅ Product Costing and Cost Analysis

- Product costing, standard costing, and cost sheet preparation.
- Cost variance analysis for materials, labor, and overheads.
- Gross margin and profitability analysis.
- Cost optimization and manufacturing efficiency initiatives.

✅ Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Annual Budget, Forecasting, and Long-Range Planning.
- Budget vs Actual analysis and variance reporting.
- Support strategic business planning and decision-making.

✅ Plant Finance & Financial Control
- Lead plant finance and controlling activities.
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Monitoring plant expenses and ensuring budget compliance.
- Strengthen financial controls and internal governance.

✅ Inventory & Working Capital Management
- Inventory valuation and stock reconciliation.




- Monitoring slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
- Physical stock verification and control processes.

✅ Management Reporting & Business Partnering
- Preparation of Monthly MIS and Business Review Reports.
- Financial dashboards and performance reporting.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams to improve profitability.

✅ CAPEX & Investment Evaluation
- CAPEX proposal evaluation and ROI analysis.
- Project cost monitoring and investment reviews.
- Support automation and business improvement initiatives.

✅ Compliance & Audit
- Coordination with Internal, Statutory, and Cost Auditors.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements.
- Support cost audits and financial audits.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 7-14 years of experience in Plant Finance, Costing, Business Finance, or Finance Controller roles.
- Experience in Pharma, Chemical, FMCG, Healthcare, Agrochemical, API, Formulation, or Process Manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of Product Costing, Budgeting, Financial Controlling, Inventory Management, and Business Finance.
- Hands-on exposure to SAP HANA preferred.
- Advanced Excel and financial analytics skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
