Role Description The Financial Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing all key financial operations and ensuring accurate, timely reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing financial statements, supervising accounting activities, and maintaining internal controls to support compliance and risk management.

The role involves preparing and reviewing financial reports, monitoring budgets and forecasts, and providing analytical insights to support strategic and operational decisions.

This role also includes coordinating with external auditors, improving financial processes, and guiding a small finance and accounting team.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Financial Reporting.
- Candidates should possess solid experience with Accounting and Financial Statements.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
- Candidates should possess solid attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or equivalent, or a degree in Finance/Accounting are highly beneficial.
