Finance Controller | Net Suite | Remote

We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller with strong hands-on accounting and Net Suite experience to take ownership of core accounting operations, company-level accounting, and financial consolidation.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working directly in Net Suite, managing accounting controls, reviewing and approving transactions, performing reconciliations, supporting month-end close, and handling complex company-level and consolidation accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Net Suite / General Accounting

Approve journal entries and bills Approve and manage vendor setup and approvals Reconcile bank accounts Revalue foreign exchange accounts Close accounting periods Upload and maintain new accounts, FX rates, and other accounting data in Net Suite Reconcile balances between Abacus and Net Suite while the Net Suite implementation is being completed Company-Level Accounting

Reconcile payroll liability accounts Record and account for equity activity, including grants, exercises, expirations, conversions, issuances, and capital raises Record and analyze changes in fair value of warrant liabilities and public investments Reconcile intercompany balances Investigate and resolve discrepancies across accounts and entities Consolidation & Financial Reporting

Consolidate existing entities and newly acquired companies Manage accounting for acquisitions, deconsolidations, wind-ups,



and dispositions Prepare and post consolidation entries Perform cash flow proofs and reconciliations Support preparation of financial statements and related notes Ensure consolidated financial information is accurate, complete, and properly supported What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Finance Controller, Financial Controller, or similar senior accounting role Strong hands-on experience with Net Suite Solid understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close Experience with multi-entity accounting and financial consolidation Experience with intercompany reconciliations Strong understanding of foreign currency accounting and FX revaluation Experience accounting for equity transactions and complex financial instruments Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and entity consolidations/deconsolidations Strong financial reporting experience, including financial statements and notes Advanced Excel skills Exceptional attention to detail and ability to independently identify and resolve accounting issues Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities This Role Is Best Suited For Someone Who

Can operate independently without significant day-to-day supervision Is comfortable getting into the details rather than delegating all accounting work Has strong technical accounting and reconciliation skills Can navigate Net Suite confidently Is comfortable working across multiple entities Can own the close and consolidation process from start to finish Has experience dealing with complex accounting transactions and non-routine issues Location: Remote (US EST HOURS)
