JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and business finance activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in financial accounting, balance sheet finalization, trial balance closing, financial planning, cash flow management, reconciliations, and leadership reporting while ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Strategy & Planning

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
- Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements to maximize profitability.
- Ensure effective utilization of financial resources and capital.

Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Prepare and finalize Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statements, and other financial reports.
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management presentations.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns and tax payments.
- Perform ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations.
- Reconcile Form 26AS with books of accounts.
- Ensure compliance with MSME regulations and other applicable statutory requirements.





Audit & Internal Controls
- Coordinate Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, and Tax Audit activities.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and governance processes.
- Conduct debtor and creditor reconciliations and balance confirmations.
- Identify financial risks and implement effective control measures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
- Monitor daily cash flow and liquidity requirements.
- Manage working capital, receivables, payables, and vendor payments.
- Coordinate banking operations and fund management activities.
- Optimize cash utilization while ensuring smooth business operations.

Business Finance & Decision Support
- Prepare financial analysis and reports for senior management.
- Support business teams with profitability analysis and financial planning.
- Analyze operational costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Assist leadership in strategic financial decision-making.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Taxation.
- Expertise in Balance Sheet Finalization and Trial Balance Closing.
- Sound understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.
- Hands-on experience in handling audits and financial reconciliations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, ERP, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Industry Required - Insurance
