Role Description The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations on Zoho Accounts Books for Shahpura Hotels & Resorts, with a primary focus at our Jaipur Office

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and financial reporting in line with corporate standards. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring revenue and expenses, preparing monthly and annual financial statements, managing audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and tax requirements.

Manager will analyze financial performance, propose cost-optimization strategies, and support leadership in strategic decision-making. The role also involves supervising finance staff, maintaining robust internal controls, and coordinating with operations,



procurement, and senior management to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Qualifications

- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow analysis on Zoho Accounts Books
- Proficiency in financial reporting, accounting principles, and preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other key reports.
- Experience with financial controls, audit processes, and compliance with local regulatory and tax requirements.
- Comfort with financial software and hotel management systems; advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Solid business and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and recommend improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in hospitality or service-oriented industries is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
