Role & Responsibilities

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and business performance for the retail business.
- Manage P&L;, profitability, margins and cost optimisation across stores.
- Lead MIS, financial analysis and management reporting, including Actual vs Budget vs Forecast.
- Manage cash flow, working capital and inventory financial planning.
- Evaluate financials for new stores, expansion, pricing, promotions and investments.
- Strengthen financial controls, compliance and governance, while leading and developing the finance team.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.com or equivalent.
- 610 years of relevant experience, with proven managerial experience in the retail industry.
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L; and financial planning.
- Good understanding of retail profitability, cost control and working capital.
- Strong analytical, leadership and decision-making skills.
- Experience in fashion, apparel or quick-fashion retail will be preferred.
