Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting for the group level.

The Finance

Manager will oversee accounts payable and receivable, monitor expenses and revenue, and ensure accurate maintenance of financial records in line with relevant regulations and internal policies. The role involves preparing monthly and annual financial statements, supporting audits, and implementing internal controls to safeguard assets and improve financial efficiency.

Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and clinical teams to provide financial insights for decision-making, support pricing strategies, and contribute to planning for national and international expansion.

Qualifications

- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and preparation of monthly and annual statements.
- Experience with accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial analysis tools.
- Ability to implement and monitor internal controls, compliance processes, and audit readiness.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA-Inter., MBA, M.Com in Finance) are an advantage.
- Prior experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar finance leadership role, ideally within healthcare, rehabilitation, or service-oriented organizations.
- Ability to work in office in Thiruvananthapuram and collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
