Job Location: Ivory Coast, West Africa

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's finance function across financial reporting, financial planning & analysis, and commercial finance. You will partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, drive performance, support strategic decision-making, and ensure robust financial governance.

The role requires a strong commercial mindset, analytical capability, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

Reporting

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain compliance with IFRS, accounting policies, and regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on reporting matters.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Review financial and management accounts.
- Provide financial insights through performance and variance analysis.
- Partner with business teams on commercial and operational decisions.

Commercial & Business Finance

- Evaluate business opportunities and investment proposals.
- Support pricing and profitability initiatives.
- Manage working capital and cash flow performance.
- Monitor commercial and financial risks.

Process Excellence & Governance

- Drive process improvements and reporting efficiencies.
- Ensure adherence to financial controls and reporting timelines.




- Collaborate with shared service teams to support effective execution.

Capability Building

- Support development of finance capabilities across the function.
- Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Experience

- 4+ years of post-qualification experience in Finance, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- Experience in Financial Reporting, FP&A;, Commercial Finance, or Business Finance.
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, business partnering, and financial analysis.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting frameworks (IFRS/GAAP).
- Strong knowledge of SAP.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to present financial information clearly and effectively.
- Commercial mindset with a strong focus on business performance and value creation.
