Role Description The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting for the organization. This role involves monitoring expenses and revenues, preparing monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations, and coordinating with auditors and external financial partners.

Manager will collaborate with leadership and department heads to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making, analyze business performance, and recommend cost-optimization measures.



Additional responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable processes, supervising finance team members, and maintaining robust internal controls. This is a full-time, in office role based in Kochi.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Candidates should possess expertise in financial reporting and accounting, including preparation of statements, ledger management, and reconciliation.
- Candidates should possess skills in cash flow management, working capital optimization, and cost control.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of taxation, compliance, and regulatory frameworks relevant to corporate finance.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with financial software and tools, such as spreadsheets, ERP systems, and accounting platforms.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills to support business decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial insights clearly to non-finance teams.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration are preferred; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent) are an added advantage.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work with integrity, maintain confidentiality, and uphold high ethical standards in all financial matters.
