Job Title: Content & Strategy Intern (M&A; / Finance) Location: Remote / Hybrid Type: Internship (Part-Time / Full-Time)

About the Role Looking for a sharp, proactive intern to drive research, content operations, and outreach for a growing brand focused on Mergers & Acquisitions, corporate finance, and business insights. You will work closely with a Chartered Accountant and content creator to build high-impact content, streamline social media operations, and scale strategic networking.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Research & Fact-Checking: Research complex M&A; deals, financial trends, and business case studies. Verify figures, legal/regulatory nuances, and technical details to ensure absolute accuracy before production.
- Video Editing & Production: Cut, edit, and polish short-form (Reels/Shorts) and long-form video content. Add captions, hooks, visual assets, and audio cleanup for high engagement.
- Social Media & Content Scheduling: Manage posting schedules across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms. Write compelling captions, select relevant hashtags, and maintain a consistent posting calendar.
- Podcast Logistics & Guest Outreach: Research high-profile guests, founders, and finance leaders. Craft personalized outreach, handle pitch emails/DMs, and manage end-to-end calendar scheduling and recording logistics.
- Audience Engagement & Growth Tracking:



Monitor comments and messages to flag key audience questions, track video analytics, and surface insights on top-performing topics.
- Trend & Competitor Analysis: Keep a pulse on trending social media formats, viral finance topics, and platform algorithm changes to pitch fresh content ideas.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Finance & Business Acumen: Strong interest or background in finance, accounting, commerce, or M&A; concepts (CA students, MBA, or Finance undergrads preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) and design/scheduling tools (Canva, Notion, Buffer, or similar).
- Communication: Excellent written English for drafting outreach emails, captions, and script research.
- Ownership: Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and an ability to manage deadlines independently.
