Position: Head of Finance

Bizlumina Services is hiring for a Germany based multinational manufacturing group in India for their operations based at Chennai.

Ideally a Candidate with 15+ Years of experience in managing accounting records, evaluating and managing risk, overseeing accounting operations, forecasting revenue and ensuring of financial information, compliance. The Head of Finance must undertake all aspects of financial management and controlling. This position will collaborate and report directly to the executive management.

Role Requirements

- Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine the present and forecasted financial health of the company.
- Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategies.
- Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles.
- Develop or recommend solutions for problems or situations.
- Participating in budgeting processes.
- Evaluating and managing risk.
- Develop plans for financial growth.
- Team Management.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.




- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required (MBA Finance / Semi qualified professionals CA/CMA preferred)
- Overall 15+ years experience in a financial management position.
- Proven strategic planning experience at the management level.
- Ability to lead a small team to deliver results on high levels of efficiency and quality.
- Highly proficient in relevant modules of SAP HANA 5.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills.
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Robust communication and presentation skills.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Ideally based at Chennai and having relevant experience with manufacturing or industrial product organizations.

Work Days Six days a week with 2nd and 4th Saturday off.
