HIRING – FINANCE HEAD

Location: Kolkata

Salary: ₹1,00,000 per month

Experience: 10–14 Years

Qualification: M.Com / Equivalent – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall Finance & Accounts function.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, MIS and financial reporting.
- Oversee accounting, cash flow, working capital and banking operations.
- Ensure GST, TDS, taxation and statutory compliance.
- Handle audits, internal controls and financial risk management.
- Analyse financial performance and support management in decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Tally, ERP, MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting, taxation and statutory compliance.
- Robust analytical, financial planning and leadership skills.

Preferred Industry: Manufacturing, Agriculture/Agri-inputs, Fertilizer, Organic/Bio-fertilizer, Chemical, Engineering or Process Industries. Interested candidates can share their CV for consideration (phone hidden)
