As the Finance & Accounts Lead, you will independently handle the company’s entire finance and accounting function working directly with the founders.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage complete day-to-day accounting in Zoho Books , including sales, purchases, journals, bank entries and reconciliations.

· Download, reconcile and account for Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit,



Instamart, Zepto, Shopify and payment gateway settlements .

· Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns and other statutory compliances .

· Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure books are always up to date.

· Prepare monthly MIS reports and e xcel-based analyses to support business decisions.

· Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and compliance professionals.

· Work directly with the founders on financial planning, reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications:

· B.Com / M.Com

· 2–5 years of relevant work experience in accounting and taxation

Mandatory Skills

· Hands-on experience with Zoho Books

· Experience of reconciling Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart or other marketplace payouts

· Excellent knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS etc)

· Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and vendor invoice verification

· MIS Reporting
