Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and committed Final Inspection Engineer to join our Quality team at Esbee Electrotech LLP. The role involves conducting final quality inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with customer specifications, drawings, and quality standards before dispatch. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, hands-on experience with measuring instruments, and a proactive approach to defect identification and resolution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Final Product Inspection: Perform thorough final inspection of finished goods prior to dispatch to

ensure conformance to quality requirements.
1. Dimensional & Visual Checks: Conduct dimensional and visual inspections using approved

drawings, technical specifications, and inspection plans.
1. Quality Compliance: Ensure all products meet customer specifications, internal quality standards,

and applicable regulatory requirements.
1. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, update, and maintain accurate inspection reports, check

sheets, and quality records in a timely manner.
1. Defect Management: Identify non-conformities and defects, coordinate with Production/QA

teams for rework,



and re-verify after correction.
1. Packing Verification: Inspect and verify packing quality, labeling, and shipment readiness to

prevent transit damage.
1. Process Adherence: Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality procedures,

and work instructions during inspection.
1. Continuous Improvement: Support root cause analysis of recurring defects and suggest

preventive actions to improve quality levels. Required Skills & Knowledge
- Technical: Proficient in reading engineering drawings and specifications.
- Instrumentation: Hands-on knowledge of basic measuring instruments Vernier Caliper,

Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
- GD&T;: Basic understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing is preferred.
- Software: Working knowledge of MS Excel for data entry, report generation, and analysis.
- Core Competencies: Robust observation skills, high attention to detail, problem-solving mindset.
- Soft Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per production requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or QA/QC environments.
- Exposure to Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Familiarity with 7 QC tools, 5S, and Kaizen practices will be an added advantage.
