About the Internship

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Intern who wants to build strong practical knowledge in accounting, financial management, bookkeeping, reporting, billing, and day-to-day finance operations.

This is a hands-on internship where you will work closely with the finance/accounts function and learn how accounting and financial management work in a real business environment.

What You Will Work On

During the internship, you will get exposure to:

- Day-to-day accounting and finance management
- Daily Business Administration work
- Bookkeeping and maintaining accounting records
- Recording and categorising financial transactions
- Preparation and maintenance of invoices and bills
- Monthly billing management
- Tracking and managing company expenses
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable management
- Bank and ledger reconciliation
- Maintaining vouchers, receipts and supporting documents
- Account analysis and review of financial transactions
- Preparation of monthly financial reports
- Assisting with Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements
- Assisting with Balance Sheet preparation
- Understanding cash flow and working capital
- Monitoring outstanding payments and receivables
- Expense tracking and budget monitoring
- Identifying accounting discrepancies and assisting in their resolution
- Maintaining accurate financial documentation
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assisting with audits and providing required financial information




- Understanding basic taxation and statutory accounting requirements
- Working with accounting software and spreadsheets
- Preparing MIS and management reports
- Supporting the finance team with day-to-day financial analysis
- Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of financial information

- Perform basic account and ledger reconciliations
- Analyse financial data and identify irregularities
- Prepare financial reports and MIS
- Understand cash flow and day-to-day financial management
- Work with real business financial data
- Maintain proper accounting documentation
- Understand how finance supports business decision-making
- Develop strong Excel/spreadsheet and accounting skills
- Gain professional experience in handling deadlines, accuracy and financial responsibility
