Job Role: Manpower Supervisor

Location: Sanand GIDC.

Experience: 0- 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Source skilled and unskilled manpower as per client requirements.
- Manage manpower deployment at client sites.
- Maintain attendance and manpower documentation.
- Handle and resolve manpower-related issues and grievances.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment drives.
- Prepare daily and weekly manpower reports.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new workers.

Requirements:

- Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
- Basic knowledge of manpower sourcing and coordination.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for job fairs and site visits.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati & basic English.
- MS Office knowledge will be an added advantage.
