Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Services Engineer role based in Delhi and Ahemdabad.

The Field Services

Engineer will install, commission, and maintain marking machines, and related automation systems at customer locations.

Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing troubleshooting and repairs, executing preventive maintenance schedules, and providing timely technical support to ensure optimal equipment performance. The role involves working closely with customers to understand application requirements, delivering product demonstrations and basic training, and documenting service activities accurately.

The Field Services

Engineer will collaborate with the engineering and production teams to relay field feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of products and services.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Field Service skills, including installation, commissioning, and on-site support for industrial equipment.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose faults, perform repairs, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance skills to plan, execute, and document routine servicing of machinery and systems.
- knowledge on PLC and software system will be preferred
- exp- 6-8 years
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics engineering (or a related technical field).
- Ability to read technical drawings, use diagnostic tools, and work safely with mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
- Comfort with frequent local travel to customer sites and working in industrial environments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in machine tools, CNC equipment, marking systems, or industrial automation is an advantage.
