Role: Manage field service, machinery repairs, customer support and service team operations for construction machinery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead field service, installation, troubleshooting and repair activities.

- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic and electrical machinery issues.

- Plan and coordinate technician visits and service schedules.

- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely service resolution.

- Manage spare parts, tools and service requirements.

- Supervise and guide field technicians.

- Maintain service reports, job cards and maintenance records.

- Coordinate with suppliers/OEMs for technical support and warranty matters.

- Ensure service quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate

- 3+ years of experience in construction machinery/equipment service and repair.





- Strong practical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.

- Experience with construction/industrial machinery troubleshooting.

- Good team coordination and customer-handling skills.

- Willing to travel to customer sites as required.

- Hands-on, problem-solving approach with solid service orientation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

- Machinery Service: 3 years (Preferred)
