About the Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the technical face of our company, playing a critical role in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of life-saving medical equipment. This is a field-based position that requires hands-on work, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset. The company's location is Hyderabad, and the position requires frequent travel across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh whenever a service is requested.

Role & responsibilities

- Provide timely, effective, and high-quality troubleshooting, emergency repair, and preventive maintenance services in office.
- Execute the complete end-to-end installation and commissioning of medical devices at various hospital and healthcare locations.
- Maintain, update, and submit accurate service documentation, field installation reports, and customer sign-offs in a timely manner.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to track spare parts inventory, request components, and provide service delivery updates.




- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients to ensure minimal equipment downtime and build strong professional rapport with hospital staff and doctors.

We're Looking For

- Experienced people with experience in technical service roles are highly desirable.
- Freshers passionate about medical devices and technology are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience working specifically with medical device equipment is highly advantageous.
- A strong basic understanding of electronics, electrical circuits, and mechanical systems is required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively interact and build rapport with hospital staff.
- Absolute willingness to travel extensively across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh to work independently on the field.

Education Qualification

- Educational background in ITI, Polytechnic, Diploma, or a Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Medical Devices, or a related technical field.

Travel allowances will be provided when travelling to different locations for field work. Comprehensive, hands-on training and a structured onboarding program focused on advanced medical devices.
