Kailash Solar is looking for an energetic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our solar sales team in Meerut.

The role involves meeting potential customers, generating new leads, explaining rooftop solar solutions, conducting customer visits, understanding their requirements, and converting enquiries into solar installations.

We are looking for someone who is confident, active, good at communication, comfortable travelling in the field, and motivated to earn through performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities

- Generate new solar sales leads through field activities and local networking
- Visit residential and commercial customers
- Explain solar systems, advantages, pricing and available subsidy options
- Understand customer electricity requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into customers
- Coordinate with the technical and installation team
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain proper records of customer visits and leads

Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills




- Comfortable working in the field
- Own two-wheeler/bike is required
- Valid driving licence
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers
- Energetic, target-oriented and willing to learn
- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Solar industry experience will be an advantage

Salary & Incentives Fixed monthly salary + attractive performance-based incentives

Opportunity to earn ₹50,000+ per month based on sales performance and incentives.

There is no fixed upper limit on earning potential for high-performing sales executives, subject to the company's incentive structure and achieved sales.
