Were looking for a motivated Junior Field Sales Executive to drive lead generation and sales for our modular interiors range (modular kitchens, wardrobes, doors, windows, and related building products). You will be the face of the brand in the fieldmeeting architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and end customers to generate enquiries, explain our solutions, and convert leads into orders.

Role & responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Field Visits.
- Conduct daily field visits to residential projects, apartments, villas, and commercial sites.
- Identify and meet architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and dealers in the assigned territory.
- Generate quality leads for modular kitchens, wardrobes, doors, windows, and complete home interiors.
- Understand client requirements (space, budget, design preferences) and recommend suitable solutions.
- Explain materials, finishes, laminates, plywood options, hardware, and product specifications in straightforward




- Conduct site measurements or coordinate with the technical team for accurate quotations.

Pipeline & CRM

- Log all leads, site visits, and follow-ups in the company CRM / tracking sheet.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on enquiries and quotations.
- Coordinate with the internal design/production team for proposals, drawings, and order execution.

Preferred candidate profile

- 02 years in field sales, preferably in:
- Real estate, home loans, or related B2C/B2B sales
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license (field travel required).
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel within the city/region.
