RadiusLift is hiring Field Sales Executives to acquire local business clients across Delhi NCR.

You'll meet business owners directly, identify opportunities in their Google/Maps presence, present our Local SEO solution and close new clients.

What you'll do

- Visit local businesses and meet owners/decision-makers.
- Generate leads through field prospecting and cold visits.
- Identify businesses that can benefit from better Google visibility.
- Conduct a basic Local SEO/Google Maps assessment.
- Present the opportunity to the business owner.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Close new clients and collect payments.
- Maintain daily activity and sales records.

Who we're looking for
- Confident communicator who is comfortable approaching business owners.
- Comfortable with field sales and daily travel.




- Persistent and comfortable handling rejection.
- Solid follow-up discipline.
- Basic understanding of smartphones, WhatsApp and Google.
- Prior B2B/field sales experience is preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and confidence can also apply.
- Must have a 2-wheeler and valid driving licence.

Compensation ₹25,000/month fixed + performance incentives.

Performance incentives can take monthly earnings to ₹45,000–₹50,000+ based on sales performance.

Travel allowance provided.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
