Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our software solution designed for restaurants, food businesses, dealers, and food hubs.

Our solution enables businesses to have their own branded food-ordering application, with features and functionality that can be customized according to their business requirements.

This is a field-based sales role involving regular visits to restaurants, food businesses, dealers, and other potential customers in Mohali, Chandigarh, and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, market research, referrals, and direct customer interactions.
- Visit restaurants, food hubs, dealers, and food-business owners to identify potential customers.
- Approach decision-makers and understand their business and software requirements.
- Pitch the software solution and explain its features, benefits, and business value.
- Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer queries.
- Convince prospects about the benefits of having their own branded food-ordering application.
- Handle negotiations and work towards successful sales conversion.

Complete Sales Life Cycle Manage the sales process from lead generation to customer conversion and onboarding, including:

Lead Generation → Initial Contact → Requirement Understanding → Product Pitch → Demo → Follow-Up → Negotiation → Conversion → Registration → Customization Coordination → Onboarding

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects at different stages of the sales cycle.
- Convert qualified leads into customers.
- Assist customers with the registration and onboarding process.




- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team for application customization and required modifications.
- Follow up with customers to ensure that agreed requirements and modifications are properly communicated and addressed.
- Maintain records of leads, customer discussions, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Work towards assigned sales and lead-conversion targets.
