Job Title: Field Programme Coordinator / Agronomy Field Executive
Location: M.P. ( Bhopal, Raisen, Vididha, Sehore, Dewas)
Function: Agronomy Operations & Programme Implementation
Duration: 6 months (extended on performance basis)

Role The incumbent will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing soil application programmes across assigned centres while ensuring adherence to technical protocols, operational readiness, stakeholder coordination, and timely reporting. The role requires frequent field engagement, robust execution capabilities, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including ICAR-KVK partners.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree in agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Extension,
or a related discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in agricultural field operations, extension services, or programme implementation.
- Good understanding of agronomic practices, field demonstrations, and farmer engagement.
- Strong planning, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and field data management.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned centres and field locations.
Key Responsibilities Programme Planning & Execution
- Execute soil application and field activities as per approved monthly plans.
- Ensure timely completion of scheduled activities across assigned locations.
- Monitor field progress and proactively address operational challenges.
SOP & Technical Compliance
- Ensure all field activities comply with approved SOPs, technical guidelines, and safety requirements.
- Conduct field checks and maintain high-quality execution standards.
- Report and resolve any deviations from established protocols.
Field & Resource Readiness
- Coordinate availability of manpower, equipment, inputs, and field prerequisites before deployment.
- Ensure readiness of sites and resources to support seamless programme execution.
- Work closely with centre teams to minimize operational delays.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with ICAR-KVKs, field teams, and internal stakeholders for smooth programme implementation.
- Track action items and ensure timely closure of commitments.
- Support relationship management with local agricultural partners.
MIS & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of field activities and programme outcomes.
- Submit timely MIS reports with complete and reliable data.
- Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and corrective actions.
