Role Description The Field Recruiter is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding field staff, especially EV delivery riders and logistics personnel. This role includes conducting local hiring drives, building candidate pipelines through community outreach and partnerships, and coordinating with operational teams to understand manpower requirements.

The Field

Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities such as screening applications, scheduling interviews, facilitating selection processes, and ensuring smooth documentation and joining formalities.



They will maintain accurate recruitment records, track hiring metrics, and support HR initiatives to improve retention and employee engagement at field locations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong field recruitment and sourcing skills, including experience with on-ground hiring drives, local networking, and volume hiring for blue- and grey-collar roles.
- Candidates should have effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse candidates, build trust, and coordinate with operations and HR stakeholders.
- Candidates should demonstrate solid organizational and administrative skills, including documentation management, basic data entry, and maintaining recruitment trackers and reports.
- Candidates should have problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities to address hiring challenges, support workforce planning, and adapt to fast-paced logistics environments.
- Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, or field recruitment is highly beneficial; familiarity with EV or 3PL operations is a plus.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (MS Office, spreadsheets, recruitment apps) and willingness to travel locally within Gurugram for hiring activities.
- Minimum qualification: Higher secondary (12th) or bachelor’s degree in any discipline; formal HR training or certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work in on-site operational settings, with flexibility in working hours based on recruitment drives and business needs.
