Role & responsibilities

- Hire delivery partners/riders for quick-commerce operations.

- Conduct field visits and actively source candidates.

- Handle rider queries related to payments, incentives, and operational issues.

- Maintain strong relationships with delivery partners.

- Track rider availability, order fulfillment, service levels, and other key metrics.

- Maintain recruitment and rider data using Excel/Google Sheets.

- Track and report EV deployment and rider onboarding.

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.

- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 12th Pass.

- 1+ year of experience in field sales, field recruitment, rider hiring, or a similar role preferred.

- Candidates with experience in quick commerce/hyperlocal delivery platforms preferred.

- Must have an Android smartphone.

- Must have a bike/scooter for field visits.

- Ability to speak and read the regional language.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel across Bangalore for field recruitment.
