Role & responsibilities
Manage godown stock storage, loading, and unloading activities
Collect cheques, fabric, and samples from clients and vendors
Coordinate order dispatches from the godown
Handle invoice changes for trading activities
Attend and resolve customer complaints promptly
Manage courier dispatches and deliveries
Deposit cheques in the bank as required
Preferred candidate profile
Strong communication and coordination skills
Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented approach
Ability to travel locally within the city
Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence is mandatory
