We are looking for a proactive and execution-driven POC to manage merchant operations, activations, and on-ground execution across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage merchant relationships and store coordination.
- Drive onboarding, deployment, verification, and activations.
- Ensure timely completion of BAU operational charters and store visits.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalations.
- Support current deployments, campaigns, and operational rollouts.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in field operations, merchant management, or retail operations preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable with field travel and fast-paced operations.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.Field-intensive role. Compensation as per industry standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
