- Visit client sites for recruitment and operational support.
- Source and mobilize blue-collar manpower for housekeeping, security, MEP, and technical roles.
- Conduct candidate screening, document verification, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate employee deployment as per site requirements.
- Maintain attendance, manpower reports, and vacancy status.
- Resolve employee grievances and support site-level HR activities.
- Coordinate with clients and Operations Managers for manpower planning.
- Submit daily field visit and recruitment progress reports.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
