· Customer Liaison & Relationship Management

Ø Maintain good relationships with existing customers, dealers, distributors, contractors, consultants, and project clients.

Ø Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.

Ø Update customers continuously on their order production status, lead times, and potential delays.

Ø Handle in office complaints regarding cable specifications, transit damages, or documentation errors.

· Production Coordination

Ø Sharing customer-approved delivery schedules with the production department.

Ø Verifying that the production team is manufacturing goods matching the exact technical datasheets approved by the client.

· Store Room Liaison

Ø Checking with the store team regarding the availability of raw materials before promising delivery dates to clients.

Ø Verifying the available stock of ready cables in the store against pending dispatch orders.

· Dispatch Coordination

Ø Coordinating with transport vendors to arrange appropriate vehicles.

Ø Managing dispatch paperwork, including Delivery Challans (DC), E-Way bills,



test certificates, and commercial invoices.

Ø Ensuring cable drums are properly rolled, secured, and packed to prevent damage during transit.

· Payment & Collection Follow-up

Ø Coordinate with customers and accounts teams regarding outstanding payments.

Ø Follow up for timely collection of receivables as per agreed credit terms.

Ø Inform management about overdue payments and potential credit risks.

· Marketing Activities

Ø Assist in planning exhibitions, trade fairs, product demonstrations, dealer meets, and customer meetings.

Ø Support preparation of product brochures, catalogues, presentations, and other marketing materials.

· Dealer & Distributor Management

Ø Identify potential dealers and distributors and expand the company's distribution network.

Ø Regularly visit dealers/distributors and monitor sales performance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
