Job Summary The F&B; Service GSA is responsible for providing efficient, courteous, and personalized food and beverage service to guests. The role involves ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining service standards, and supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant, banquet, or other F&B; outlets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.

- Present menus, explain food and beverage items, and take accurate orders.

- Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards and service procedures.

- Ensure tables, service areas, and equipment are clean and properly arranged.

- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.

- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service.

- Prepare and set up the restaurant/outlet before service and clear it after service.

- Follow proper billing and payment procedures.

- Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, promotions, and special offers.

- Follow food safety,



hygiene, grooming, and workplace safety standards.

- Assist with buffet, banquets, room service, or other F&B; operations when required.

- Maintain proper mise-en-place and replenish operating supplies.

- Upsell food and beverage items wherever appropriate.

- Support colleagues and maintain good teamwork within the department.

Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or relevant hospitality qualification preferred.

- Freshers can apply; previous F&B; experience is an advantage.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Pleasant personality with a strong guest-service attitude.

- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.

- Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.

- Good grooming and qualified appearance.

- Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems is an advantage.
