Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide expert advice on luxury apparel and lifestyle products to clients, ensuring their needs are met through personalized consultations.

- Develop robust relationships with customers by understanding their preferences, tastes, and shopping habits to deliver tailored solutions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create visually appealing displays, window displays, and in-store promotions that drive sales growth.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in product offerings and customer engagement.

Job Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in retail or related field (luxury sales or fashion consulting).

- Strong knowledge of high-end apparel brands, trends, and industry developments.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.

- Proven convincing power to upsell/cross-sell products effectively.
