We are looking for a responsible and experienced Farm Supervisor to independently manage the day-to-day operations of our approximately 65-acre farm, including trees, agricultural activities, cattle, farm workers, equipment and general property maintenance.

The person will be responsible for ensuring that the farm is properly maintained, farm activities are completed on schedule, cattle are well cared for, workers are effectively managed, and farm expenses and records are properly maintained.

A. Overall Farm Management

- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day functioning of the farm.
- Regularly inspect the entire farm and identify maintenance or operational requirements.
- Monitor trees, crops, irrigation systems, fencing, roads, buildings and other farm infrastructure.
- Ensure proper cleanliness and maintenance of the farm premises.
- Identify problems and take timely corrective action or report them to management.

B. Tree & Agricultural Management

- Supervise planting, pruning, weeding, fertilisation, watering and harvesting activities.
- Monitor the health and growth of trees and crops.
- Identify signs of pests, diseases or other agricultural problems.
- Coordinate with agricultural experts when required.
- Ensure fertilizers, pesticides and other agricultural materials are used properly.
- Maintain records of agricultural activities and material usage.

C. Cattle Management

- Supervise the daily care and management of cattle.
- Ensure proper feeding, watering and cleanliness.
- Monitor cattle health and immediately report illness or injury.
- Coordinate with veterinarians for vaccination, treatment and other veterinary requirements.
- Maintain cattle-related records including feeding, vaccination, treatment, breeding and production details.
- Ensure proper maintenance and hygiene of cattle sheds.

D. Worker & Labour Management

- Supervise all permanent, temporary and daily-wage workers.
- Allocate daily work responsibilities and monitor completion.




- Maintain worker attendance and wage records.
- Ensure workers follow proper work procedures and safety practices.
- Manage labour requirements during planting, harvesting and other seasonal activities.
- Handle routine worker-related issues professionally.
- Ensure discipline and productivity among farm workers.

E. Farm Expenses & Basic Accounting

- Maintain daily records of farm expenses.
- Record wages, purchases, cattle feed expenses, agricultural inputs and other operational expenses.
- Maintain petty cash and supporting bills/receipts.
- Maintain basic stock and inventory records.
- Track usage of fertilizers, pesticides, cattle feed, tools and other materials.
- Prepare simple weekly/monthly expense reports for management.
- Ensure all purchases and expenses are properly documented.

F. Vehicle & Transportation

- Drive the farm's 4-wheeler vehicle whenever required for farm-related activities.
- Transport materials, workers or cattle for veterinary care and other necessary purposes.
- Maintain basic records of vehicle usage and fuel expenses.
- Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and properly maintained.
- Must possess a valid 4-wheeler driving licence.

G. Farm Security & Asset Management

- Monitor the security of the farm and its assets.
- Ensure proper control of farm equipment, tools, vehicles and other property.
- Report theft, damage, unauthorized entry or other unusual activities immediately.
- Monitor fencing, gates and other security arrangements.
- Maintain proper records of farm assets and equipment.

H. Reporting to Management

- Provide regular updates regarding farm activities and issues.
- Report labour requirements, agricultural requirements, cattle health issues and maintenance needs.
- Submit periodic expense and activity reports.
- Immediately escalate major issues requiring management approval.
- Maintain transparency in all farm-related activities and expenses.

Pay: ₹18,157.74 - ₹28,048.53 per month
