WE ARE HIRING – FACTORY MANAGER / FACTORY HEAD

KOFS India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Factory Manager / Factory Head to lead and manage our modular office furniture manufacturing facility.

Position: Factory Manager / Factory Head

Location: Faridabad Sec- 87.

Industry: Modular Office Furniture Manufacturing

Experience: 7–10 Years in the Same Industry

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete factory operations from production planning to dispatch
- Lead production, quality, maintenance, stores, and manpower operations
- Plan and achieve daily/monthly production targets
- Ensure product quality, timely delivery, and efficient production processes
- Manage and optimize manpower, machinery, materials, and production capacity
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Sales, Projects, and Accounts teams
- Monitor production costs and control material wastage
- Implement SOPs, safety standards, and quality control systems
- Handle CNC, panel processing, carpentry, metal fabrication, powder coating, and assembly operations
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and review production and factory performance reports




- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, efficiency, and operational processes

Candidate Requirements: ✔ 7–10 years of relevant experience in modular office furniture manufacturing

✔ Strong knowledge of complete furniture manufacturing processes

✔ Proven experience in factory/team management

✔ Solid production planning and problem-solving skills

✔ Ability to manage large teams and meet production deadlines

✔ Good understanding of quality, inventory, wastage, and cost control

✔ Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
