Role Description:
LuckyBrass is looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Manager to oversee day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth, effective production.
Key Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of plastic manufacturing/processes
- Good understanding of factory operations, production, manpower management and workflow
- Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage day-to-day factory activities efficiently
