Experience: Minimum 2+ Years of experience in Residential Apartments with Technical & Soft Services

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Electrical

Salary: Based on Experience & Performance

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage overall facility operations of residential apartments.
- Handle and monitor Technical & Soft Services.
- Manage site staff, manpower, and daily operations.
- Coordinate with residents, association members, and clients.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, maintenance, and safety services.
- Handle complaints, escalations, and emergency situations.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and AMC services.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Monitor service performance and operational expenses.
- Prepare daily/monthly MIS and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and service requirements.
