JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare detailed façade design and engineering drawings for various façade systems.

- Develop shop drawings, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and installation details as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with project, estimation, production, and site execution teams for smooth project delivery.
- Review architectural drawings, project specifications, and technical requirements.
- Prepare façade layouts, sections, elevations, details, and system drawings.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project specifications and required standards.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams for design-related requirements and approvals.
- Identify design and technical issues and provide suitable solutions in coordination with the project team.
- Prepare and revise drawings based on consultant/client comments and site requirements.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and technical documentation.




- Support the project team during execution by providing necessary technical and design inputs.

REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field EXPERIENCE: 3–4 Years INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE: Façade / Aluminium & Glass / Curtain Wall / Cladding / Architectural Products SKILLS • Good knowledge of façade design and detailing.

- Experience in preparing technical and shop drawings for façade systems.
- Good understanding of Curtain Wall, Unitized Façade, Aluminium Windows & Doors, Louvers, Cladding, and Glazing systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of relevant design/drafting software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple drawings and revisions within project timelines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
