We are looking for a responsible and experienced Transport & Facility Manager to manage the school’s transportation, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and overall facility operations.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily transportation operations, buses, routes, and schedules.
- Supervise drivers, bus attendants, housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
- Ensure safe and timely student transportation.
- Monitor buses and GPS tracking.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and required documentation.
- Manage the overall maintenance and upkeep of the campus.
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and general maintenance work.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, security, and hygiene standards.
- Handle transport issues, maintenance complaints, emergencies, and breakdowns.
- Maintain records of vehicles,



staff, maintenance, and expenses.
- Support the administration during events and other activities.

Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in transport, facility, or operations management.
- Experience in a school or educational institution is preferred.
- Positive communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle and general facility maintenance.
- Ability to manage staff, vendors, and emergencies.
- Positive organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
