Fabrication Manager

Location: Near MM Fun City, Chhattisgarh

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Salary: 35,000 – 45,000 per month

Industry Requirement: Only candidates with prior experience in the Transformer Manufacturing industry will be considered.

Job Purpose To manage transformer tank and structural fabrication activities while ensuring quality, productivity and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise transformer tank and structural fabrication.
- Manage cutting, bending, welding, grinding and related processes.
- Ensure fabrication follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor dimensions, alignment, welding quality and surface finish.
- Manage manpower, machinery and material utilization.
- Coordinate with Production and QC teams.




- Identify fabrication issues and implement corrective measures.
- Minimize material wastage, rejection and rework.
- Maintain fabrication records and production reports.
- Ensure workplace safety and housekeeping standards.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Transformer Manufacturing/Fabrication.
- Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Robust knowledge of transformer tank fabrication.
- Hands-on welding and fabrication experience required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
